Sometimes, the PDR method (Paintless Dent Repair) can be applied to small dents if the paint surface is not damaged.

If the car has parking insurance, it covers parking lot dents without affecting the no-claims bonus. Unfortunately, there are many cases where the responsible party leaves the scene without providing any information.
